The personal value is brought to life by the AnnóAnno shopping experience: A style quiz, which defines personal preferences and a stylist that advises and guides. We call the customer by first name and make sure to mention ours whenever relevant. We take note of the individual preferences, body types, and style wishes when we pick out pieces for the box.With this in mind, we ensure we never cross the line or invade our customers’ privacy – we want to be like a reliable sister rather than a sales rep.
